Customer Service/

We're looking for a Customer Service/Social Media Manager to join our team. We are landscaping company based in Miami, Florida, and want someone to come on full-time and work 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and social media.
2. Engage with our audience on social media platforms to boost brand presence.
3. Organize our Customer Relationship Management software.
4. Create beautiful infographics to use for marketing purposes.
5. Other basic administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone fluent in english and with very strong organizational skills. We are a small company, so you will work directly with all decision makers to keep everything organized and in order.
