Corporate or Real Estate Attorney or Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Attorney or Paralegal to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be drafting and analyzing transactional documents. Experience with WealthCounsel is an advantage, but not a requirement. However, experience in real estate or corporate law firms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and analyze transactional documents such as asset purchase agreements, buy-sell agreements, revocable trusts, and deeds with zero errors.
- Think independently and critically to produce flawless work.
- Collaborate with experienced corporate attorneys to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Pay:
- PHP 550/hr for attorneys
- PHP 425/hr for paralegals
- Performance bonuses for high-quality work
