JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to the target audience, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, moderation, and responding to audience inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization, to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Maintain a cohesive social media calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely delivery of content across platforms.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and community management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Experience with social media advertising and knowledge of paid media best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques is a plus.
Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and technologies.
