We are looking for a QA Manager who will oversee the quality assurance of client accounts and actively participate in training calls. This position will ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Perform regular quality checks and audits to ensure all external and internal requirements are met before our final product reaches our customers.
Collaborate with clients to enhance the quality of customer interactions and ensure client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage training sessions with clients to educate them on the optimal use of our products.
Manage a team of QA specialists to execute project plans and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management regarding QA results and project milestones.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a QA Manager, SDR manager, CSM or similar role in quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools for quality assurance and standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply analytical thinking.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.. Perfect at English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field.
