Customer Support Specialist:

We are seeking a candidate interested in pursuing a career as a Customer Support
Specialist to join our Team. We are an SAP Gold Partner with 30 years of Industry Experience and
successful deployments around the world. Joining our Team will provide unrivalled Experience
and Career Opportunities.

Summary:
This position would ideally suit a candidate with Support Experience. Experience with Electronic
Point of Sale or ERP is also desirable. Primary responsibilities will be to offer 1st and 2nd line
support to EPOS and ERP Clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and efficient service
• Undertaking investigative work to diagnose faults and resolve
• Ability to identify and escalate serious Client issues
• Assisting with installations and upgrades of new and current Clients
• Be a computer ‘Power User’ with the ability to resolve technical queries
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be methodical with accurate documentation skills and close attention to detail

Knowledge & Experience:
• ERP or POS
• Computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications
• Have experience working in a client-focused environment, ideally on an IT helpdesk
• Proven Experience in a similar role
• Teamwork and sharing of knowledge is critical
• SQL knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary
