Appointment Setter (Long Term, Base + Commission)

We have a LARGE amount of lead flow and we need an appointment setter to help us.

We are looking for the following qualities to bring on the team:

Overview
- Work from home opportunity

- Salary monthly + commission (performance based)
- Requires some of work-related experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-set appointments with potential prospects for discovery and qualification before booking them into our sales team's calendar
- Scheduling appointments with potential prospects that have indicated interest in our programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
- Conduct confirmation calls before meetings booked with our sales team to confirm they'll show up and they know how to attend the meeting
- Talk with the sales team to help prospects show up to meeting
- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace and ideally GoHighLevel CRM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales preferred.

The OTE for this position is +$4,000/month and if you're VERY motivated it could be as high as $7,500/month
