Join our dynamic team! We are a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to driving results for our clients through innovative strategies. We are seeking a talented and experienced PPC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, and social media advertising channels. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PPC strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve performance.

Ideally, you should be willing to work 4 hours US Mountain Standard Time (MST) and the remaining hours can be in your own time, for a total of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). We do use a TIME TRACKER so you must be okay with this too.

Job Description:

The candidate must have a general knowledge of the following:

1. Must have a solid strategy and understanding for setting up campaigns and Ad groups utilizing negative keywords to gain high quality clicks at the best possible prices

2. Must have the skills and strategy required to track all clicks and conversions - utilizing call tracking and lead form tracking methods as well as listening to recorded phone calls to ensure campaigns effectiveness in converting leads into appointments.

3. GTM and Tracking
- Use GTM to track important KPIs such as calls from website and book appointments (No iFrames tracking)
- Add Programmed conversions to GA4 and Google Ads
- Setup GA4 on client websites, define audiences and actions


4. Technical Setup and Integrations
- Setting up integrations and tracking on client sites
- Setting up clients on Google Ads
- Setting up clients in AgencyAnalytics
- Setting up clients in WhatConverts

5. Google Ads
- Setup of new ad accounts
- Programming conversions for ad optimization (no iFrames)
- Adding negative keywords
- Analysis of KW reports and bidding

6. WhatConverts
- Setting up call tracking
- Setting up Google Ads Tracking
- Setting up FB Lead Form Tracking
- Adding Tracking code to Sites
- Generating custom phone numbers for users who scanned a QR Code (Using UTM Parameters)
- Tracking specific campaign performance (Custom QR Code Scan Phone Numbers)
- Listening to incoming leads
- Adjusting Ads from lead performance

7. Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads.

8. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a PPC Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, including campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads, and other Social Media Advertising Platforms.
- Proficient in Web Analytics Tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads Certification or other relevant certifications are a PLUS.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
