We are looking for a proactive Ecommerce Specialist skilled in Etsy and Shopify to join our dynamic team. This role involves setting up and optimizing our new Etsy store, designing creative and marketable product POD visuals, and then once proven establishing a Shopify storefront in addition to this. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, with specific skills in SEO, online marketing, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage Etsy and Shopify stores from the ground up.
- Understands best practice of setting up ETSY
- Create unique designs and product listings with effective SEO strategies.
- Ability to think and provide ideas
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to increase store visibility and sales.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports on sales and site traffic.
- Finding High-ticket digital product ideas to sell on Etsy.
- Expertise and Creative experience and eye for creating the Products, mockups and the like (using any tools like Canva, or AI)
- Great communicator

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing and setting up online stores, particularly Etsy and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ecommerce marketing.
- Excellent graphic design skills with experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Trustworthy can adapt to a family run business
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Meta / Tiktok marketing / ad creation desirable
