Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $600

Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt customer support through multiple channels
- Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve users’ issues
- Manage and moderate our Upgrade to see actual info community
- Write product help articles

This role is perfect for you if you:

- Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Approach customer concerns with empathy
- Have a willingness to learn and showcase quick learning abilities
- Ensure a reliable internet connection for remote work
- Maintain availability during fixed working hours; schedule is not flexible

Additional Considerations:

Flexibility to work during night hours & weekends
Comfortable with conducting video calls with users when necessary
