JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Representatives. The primary focus of this role is to engage with leads who have expressed interest in our products via messenger platforms and convert them into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to effectively upsell products to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

Engage with leads who have expressed interest in our products via messenger platforms, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchase motivations.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and overcome objections to close sales.
Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize order value and increase revenue per customer.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and seamless buying experience for every customer.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, using proactive communication strategies to encourage conversion.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and sales initiatives to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team and cross-functional departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details using CRM software or other tools.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies to drive sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey product information persuasively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome customer objections and close sales.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and messenger applications is a plus.
College level or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous for engaging with diverse customer demographics.

Requirements:
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Works with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure and attention to detail
Basic spreadsheet skills
Have own laptop/computer
