Account Monitoring: Regularly check account activity to ensure credits are accurately added or removed.
Invoicing: Generate and send invoices via
Alibaba Management: Set up and manage our Alibaba account to facilitate international transactions.
Reporting: Compile weekly profit reports to track and analyze the company's financial health.
CRM Management: Update client information and interactions in our Google Sheets CRM to ensure all client data is current.
Social Media: Manage and post content on our YouTube channel to engage with our audience and promote our services.
Daily Summaries: Provide daily updates on profit summaries and cash balances directly to management.
General Office Tasks: Handle any additional office-related tasks as needed to support team operations.
