We're on the hunt for a rockstar Video Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming webinars and podcasts into engaging long-form YouTube videos, as well as crafting captivating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. You'll play a key role in developing word overlays and creating feed-disrupting videos that align with our brand's fun and impactful identity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and repurpose webinar and podcast content into long-form videos for YouTube.
- Produce short-form, engaging video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create dynamic word overlays and graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with our creative team to maintain brand consistency and impact across all platforms.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your work in social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
