YouTube Podcast Video Editor (Ultra Engaging)

We are seeking an experienced, creative Long-Form Video Editor to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering entrepreneurs to scale their audience through podcasting.

In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing YouTube videos that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for our influencers.

The pay will be base + performance commissions & bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Edit 4 videos per month. First draft must come in within the first 24 hours.

Comply with and utilize our systems for clip coordination, pulling content, uploading, and revisions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a YouTube and social media video editor, preferably working with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, editing styles & best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on weekends/after hours if and when needed.

Monday/Tuesday availability

Experience:
Video editing: 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro (Our training process pairs with Adobe Premiere.)

Pay: There is a $Upgrade to see actual infomonthly base offered + bonuses based on view count.

Expectation for delivery is 4 videos per month (1 per week)
