Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - Lead Management

We’re seeking a talented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions for our clients. You also need to be open to do some lead management and calling

Your responsibilities will include:

Transaction Management:

Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and assist with any necessary repairs or negotiations.

Lead Management and Calling:

Handle lead inquiries promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential clients, nurture leads, and provide information about available properties.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Communication and Coordination
:
Communicate with agents, lenders, clients, and attorneys to ensure a seamless closing process.
Handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain clear communication channels.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records and files related to real estate transactions.
Organize and manage paperwork efficiently.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Technology Proficiency:

Experience using DOTLOOP and KVCORE is preferred.
Familiarity with other real estate software tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in administrative tasks.
Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination is preferred.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of transaction/listing management experience in the residential real estate industry.
Knowledge of real estate transactions and contracts.
Proficiency in using real estate transaction management software.
