JOB OVERVIEW

Operations Specialist:
Maintain and organize administrative files for all clients within the GoHighLevel CRM system.
Oversee administrative files for Appleton clients abroad, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Troubleshoot basic client issues related to the GoHighLevel CRM and website functionality.
Collaborate with relevant teams to escalate complex client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate task management and project management across different departments.
Ensure all team members are up to speed on their tasks and responsibilities.
Maintain the task list with integrity and accuracy, ensuring it aligns with project timelines and goals.
Proactively address any discrepancies or delays in task completion, collaborating with team members to resolve issues.
Facilitate sprint queues, ensuring tasks are being cleared and projects are progressing smoothly.
GoHighLevel Developer:
Organize and maintain website data files hosted within GoHighLevel to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and configure automation workflows within GoHighLevel for client operations, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously optimize automation workflows based on client feedback and system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve GoHighLevel system-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements specific to GoHighLevel.
Develop an understanding of CSV files and data migration processes for importing data into GoHighLevel.
Assist with email campaign development within GoHighLevel, including segmentation, list updates, and data cleansing.
