YouTube Editor for long videos

We desire an editor who is proficient and highly skilled at editing long videos, from 5-9 minutes, for a trial part-time position that will become a permanent full-time position after 6 months. This job is not commission based and pays for the hours worked. We want a dedicated person who understands how to create eye catching content and can think outside the box.
