Ecommerce marketing- Social Media, Google Ads

I am looking for someone who can help us market our new ecommerce site (Personal care products for men). We are looking for social media (instagram/facebook/twitter) marketing, as well as google ads, and possible microsoft ads. Does not have to be the same person, so it is possible we hire a social media manager and a ppc specialist.
