Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the complex calendars of the Managing Partners. Schedule, coordinate, and confir
Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of national and international travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning. Handle any necessary visa applications and travel documentation.
Communication Management: Oversee and manage the daily
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, provide necessary meeting materials, and ensure that all required technology is set up and functioning. Take minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.
Document Handling: Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and presentations. Manage confidential information with discretion.
Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients. Coordinate client meetings, including the preparation of meeting spaces and hospitality arrangements.
