Marketing Associate

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in communications field in a marketing agency environment or as part of a marcomm team for a corporation. Preferably B2B marketing experience.

Hands on experience with managing and regularly updating websites. Experience with WordPress is required.

Skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe programs, WordPress, Mailchimp and Canva.

Responsibilities:

Manage the website and regularly make content and design updates.

Tracks and monitor website activity and leads generated.

Work with Marketing Director to establish measurable goals and set key performance indicators to assess organizational awareness, track customer experience and website traffic.

Write copy that converts for the website, social channels and marketing collateral.

Track customer experience via surveys and documents/report feedback and secure testimonials for marketing materials.

Plan and implement web, social, email content and calendar.

Manage execution of email campaigns, including monthly newsletter and targeted email campaigns.

Analyze email marketing analytics and appropriately implement needed improvements to increase open rates, click rates and conversions.

Work closely with the Marketing Director to evolve and implement the organization's content strategy for all digital channels by assisting with the content calendar, creative brief development, project management and copywriting.

Prepare weekly reports to track growth and campaign efforts (web, email, ads, etc.).

Other marketing and communications projects as assigned.
