JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Listing Coordinator to join our remote team. As the Product Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining product listings across various platforms. Within this role you will work closely with the Product Data Manager, you will be targeted on ensuring deadlines are hit, key stakeholders are communicated with effectively and any product-related issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess experience in product listing, data entry, and demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate and update product listings on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct data entry tasks to input product information, pricing, and descriptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary product details and updates.
• Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to provide updates on listing statuses and progress.
• Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and standards for product listings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, including errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing multiple listings simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product listing and data entry roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and listing tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
• High level of proficiency with computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
