Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a determined Inside Sales Representative who specializes in handling high-value transactions ranging from $50K to $500K, to join our dynamic land flipping company. This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in real estate sales, boasting at least 5 years of experience in BPO settings where complex, high-ticket sales processes were a primary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and conduct over 65 daily outbound calls to identify new land acquisition opportunities.
Engage in a detailed and structured sales process to negotiate deals and provide real-time support via phone,
Maintain accurate records of interactions, manage leads through our CRM platform, and utilize industry data to assess property values.
Build and sustain profitable relationships with potential sellers, demonstrating consistent follow-through and exceptional communication skills.
Adhere to a scripted sales process to effectively communicate the value of our services and close deals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in outbound sales, specifically in real estate or a closely related field.
Strong command of English with minimal accent, and excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels and CRM platforms.
Ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Do-Not-Call compliance, consent for autodialed calls, and adherence to time restrictions on calls.
Experience with VoIP systems, CRM software (Podio) and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Must have incredible internet connection, a personal computer, and a mobile phone.
