As a Video Editor with Prospex, you'll be responsible for curating and editing captivating podcast video content that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our content creators and marketing team to bring our brand to life through dynamic and visually stunning clips.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for engaging video content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video editing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
- Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other tools to enhance and refine video clips.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and what content performs well.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in video editing for social media or a related field is preferred but not required.
