Short Term Rental Airbnb Reviews and Quality Management

We are seeking a experienced Property Quality Manager who has experience preventing, resolving and removing negative reviews in Airbnb. This role is instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations for our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate has previous experience working on Airbnb resolution and guest review processes.

This person also needs to be fluent in English so they can effectively complete guest support-related tasks through email, phone and chat; managing bookings and reservations whilst also working alongside other members of our team.
