Appointment setter/Triage caller

Hi! We're looking for a proactive and independent Appointment Setter/Triage Caller to join our team. You'll be responsible for initiating contact with inbound leads, conducting brief qualification questionnaires, and scheduling the people that haven’t booked the call automatically. (You can expect to have 2-3 leads everyday to call when you log in).

You'll be expected to report and write notes after these calls.

What are we looking for?:
- Sales skill NEPQ are good but not a necessity.
- Can negotiate well.
- Fluent in English.
- Can handle objections professionally — won’t accept a no.
- Good internet connection and microphone.
- Willing to work at night (due to our clients schedules).
- Previous experience not needed but preferred.
