Front-End Developer Next.js

Stan Ventures, is seeking a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals on exciting projects, building and maintaining user-facing web applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS. Our backend is built with Ruby on Rails, so some understanding of this framework would be beneficial.

II. Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality, reusable front-end components using Next.js, React, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional and performant web experiences utilizing Tailwind CSS for rapid styling.
Optimize front-end code for performance and maintainability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
Participate in code reviews and actively learn from feedback to continuously improve coding skills.
Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end development trends and technologies, specifically within the Next.js and Tailwind CSS ecosystem.
Assist with testing and debugging web applications to ensure functionality and address any user issues.
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of Ruby on Rails concepts and commonly used Gems is a must, as it can facilitate communication with the back-end team.

III. Qualifications
Essential:
2+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
Strong understanding of fundamental web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
In-depth knowledge of Next.js and its core functionalities (routing, data fetching, server-side rendering).
Experience building user interfaces with React and related libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex front-end issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies.

Desired:
Experience with UI/UX design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience deploying web applications to production environments.
A portfolio showcasing personal projects or previous work experience.
Experience integrating with third-party APIs is a plus.
