4. Call, email, and use social media to reach out to new customers (promotional methods).
5. Learn everything there is to know about our products so you can answer customers' questions (become a product expert).
6. Look for new ways to make our products more attractive by keeping an eye on what's popular (observe trends).
7. Help customers choose the perfect diamond or jewelry.
