Full Time Virtual HR (Human Resource) Assistant

URGENT HIRING! A Top Talent Acquisition Firm in California is looking to onboard a full time, experienced Recruitment Assistant and become a core member of their team. FOOD MANUFACTURING sourcing experience is a PLUS!

The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, a self starter, detail-oriented, strong-willed and able to be productive without continuous guidance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1.Talent Sourcing and Prospecting (LinkedIn and Other Relevant Job Portal)
2.Candidate Interviews and Onboarding
3.Phone Support | Lead Follow Up Support
4.Data Entry and CRM Management
5.Other Adhoc Tasks as Needed

BONUSES!!!!
- A bonus of $100 will be achieved should VA source a candidate that we place with a salary range of $80,000 – $120,000
- A bonus of $200 will be achieved should VA source a candidate that we place with a salary range of anything above $120,000
- Bonuses will be paid once the guarantee period is complete.
