**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter/Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must speak English fluently and be based in the Philippines due to our US-based customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments for one of our managing partners. This position requires availability from 10 am to 3 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities:**
- Answering inbound calls and returning calls promptly
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Sending reminders and follow-up emails
- Maintaining accurate records of communications

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English
- Experience in customer service or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
