== THE POSITION ==

As the Social Media Manager for our client in the financing industry, you’ll play a key role in building the brand's social media presence.

Your primary focus will be creating content that will drive value, views, and engagement. This is your chance to be a key player in helping our client increase their audience!

-> Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Social media management experience with Instagram required.
• Social media management experience with LinkedIn preferred.
• Must be able to understand the business and concepts of financial lending.
• Must be proficient in video editing and graphic design.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing engaging and relevant content tailored for both Instagram (IG) and LinkedIn platforms.
• Utilizing a variety of content types such as photos, videos, infographics, and text-based posts to maintain audience interest and engagement.
• Planning a content calendar outlining the timing and frequency of posts on both IG and LinkedIn.
• Creating visually appealing graphics or videos to accompany social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines and aesthetics.
• Writing compelling and concise captions or descriptions for each social media post, incorporating relevant hashtags, mentions, and calls-to-action.
• Monitoring comments, messages, and mentions on both IG and LinkedIn, promptly responding to inquiries, feedback, and interactions from followers.
• Researching and identifying potential leads among owners of transportation and construction companies that operate heavy equipment.
• Crafting personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products or services.
• Following up with prospects via LinkedIn messages, emails, or phone calls to provide additional information, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Engaging with target prospects on LinkedIn by liking, commenting, and sharing their posts or updates related to the transportation and construction industries.
• Keeping track of outreach efforts and interactions and following up with leads at appropriate intervals to maintain Upgrade to see actual infontum and keep the conversation progressing towards conversion or further engagement.
