Walmart Account Manager (Walmart PPC)

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Marketplace Management: Manage all aspects of our Walmart marketplace account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels

- Walmart Connect: Knowledge and ability to create and optimize ad campaigns on Walmart’s ad platform
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve sales performance, expand product assortment, and enhance the overall customer experience on Walmart.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and best practices
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, optimize ad spend, and drive traffic to our Walmart listings.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve performance


About You:

Core qualifications:

- Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably with a focus on Walmart or similar marketplaces.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel for reporting and analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Advantageous:

- Experience in other international marketplaces (UK, EU, Canada)
- Experience with task management tool (ie. ClickUp, Trello, Asana) - Strongly preferred
- Experience with larger accounts
- Experience with PPC automation tools (ie. AdBadger)
