JOB OVERVIEW

Peak Plans LLC is currently seeking a high-level and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our management and our team licensed insurance agents.. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can facilitate who can provide support with effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Summary: As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our the company's daily activities. This role demands a high degree of coordination, resourcefulness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate contracting, certification and licensing processes for agents
*Manage and track the status of agents' contracting, certification and licensing.
*Act as the main point of contact and work and liase with vendors.
*Manage and track any upcoming license expirations and renew those as needed.
*Provide assistance to agents in filling out forms and completing onboarding processes for all carriers.
*Assist agents in obtaining the necessary releases from their previous employments.
*Provide support to executives with the use of internal company tools.
*Create SOPs.
*Oversee and keep track of the distribution of equipment.
*Support the administrative team with any assistance they may require (HR, Hiring, Sales)
*Channel information received from agents to the appropriate departments as necessary

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting top-level executives.
*Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
*High level of discretion and confidentiality.
*Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
*Flexibility to be available outside regular working hours and on weekends as needed.
*Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure with composure.
*Availability to work US EST hours.
