JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for our next Amazon Operation Specialist to join our team that will own the marketplace from A to Z to ensure we’re a top performer in every category we sell in.
This position is full-time. We do not hire independent freelancers at the Upgrade to see actual infont.

We’re a global toy company that was founded in 2017. We have grown from a small organisation to a worldwide distributor of kids toys, scooters & bikes rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest brands in outdoor toys in the world. Today we’re available across the world in many retailers.

What does your day to day operation look like?

- Making sure FBA stock is always available in UK & EU and making sure lost stock is accounted for
- Daily order management to ensure orders from all sales platforms are processed through to our WMS system & dispatched by 3PL
- Daily review of account metrics and execution on daily operations on different regional marketplaces to ensure a “healthy” account
- Manage independently account/case issues to reach team's desired resolution
- Daily/weekly use of feed files to keep the catalogue up to date and avoid product page issues
- Pulling and documenting weekly and monthly reports to support business leaders on Amazon account performance
- Single point of contact for execution and solving for all Amazon marketplace recurring and one off tasks
- Making sure the brand is well represented on Amazon which includes seller feedback removal, contacting customers regarding product feedback to give them a great experience
- Ensure product pages are up to date with the latest images, videos, and information.
- Creating, updating and maintaining internal SOPs and How-to’s to support the team
- Support team on ad/hoc projects outside of Amazon

What are we looking for?

- Out of the box thinker, able to follow process daily but think of new ways to approach problems that typically aren’t “fixable”
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
- Proven track record working independently and contributing with tangible results for the company
- An understanding of the Amazon Seller Central ecosystem (Vendor Central is a plus)
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Available to work within the UK/EU timezone hours
- 1 year + experience with Asana & Slack is preferred
