Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time cold caller/appointment setter to join our team. This position will be working in the Eastern Standard Timezone and requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing hot leads consistently, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct effective interviews and role play scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling potential leads to generate appointments
Setting appointments for our sales team
Conducting effective interviews and role play scenarios
Utilizing Upgrade to see actual info as the dialer of choice
Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling/appointment setting
Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Timezone
Proven track record of producing hot leads consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using Upgrade to see actual info as a dialer
Familiarity with the real estate wholesaling niche is preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
