Cold Caller

The Utrust Immigration Team is actively seeking proactive and results-oriented individuals to join us as Cold Callers. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, secure appointments, and meet monthly targets. Ideal candidates will possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

We are a Singapore-based Immigration Company (UTRUST IMMIGRATION PTE LTD), assisting foreigners with various needs in Singapore, including studying, working, and living.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, Singapore time (GMT +8).

Responsibilities:

Meet individual KPIs.
Respond promptly to calls/emails inquiries.
Conduct call consultations and secure appointments.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Establish relationships with prospects.
Maintain professionalism during interactions.
Manage appointment scheduling effectively.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

1 to 3 years of sales call experience.
Background in financial services call centers preferred.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
