ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- You can work at least 30-40 hrs a week and in EST time zone

- You have a full command and are fluent in the WRITTEN and SPOKEN English language

- You are coachable

- You have the eagerness to learn on the job

- You follow directions well

- You have great time management skills

- You are familiar with Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram

- You are familiar with GoHighLevel

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Passion or interest in health and fitness

- Experience in cold outreach on social media using messaging

- Experience in high ticket appointment setting

- Experience in applications such as: Manychat & Trainerize

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

- You will be expected to find and connect with a minimum of 50 prospects (social media profiles) a day and take them through a messaging sequence to book an appointment with our closers. Our proven strategy allows you to work efficiently.

- You will primarily be using social media messaging.

- In addition, you will research and join social media groups and interact with members, as well as our own Facebook group.

- You will be in constant contact with the trainer to submit conversations for review daily.

- You will be expected to track your numbers and submit them daily.

- We provide daily training and all setters are expected to participate.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN:

Starting salary: $600 per month.

START DATE: IMMEDIATELY
