We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT, technology, and software development to join our team on a project basis. This role involves sourcing and evaluating candidates from various freelancer and virtual assistant platforms for specific technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and summarizing online interviews, providing key insights to support the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
