Are you fluent in English? Do you love speaking with new people and interacting with customers? If you just answered yes to those two questions, this remote role could be the one for you.
This remote role will fully utilise your interpersonal skills. Using your verbal and written communication abilities, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers before, during, and after purchases, and handling all incoming and outbound telephone calls.
You may be required to work within an international time zone and provide your own laptop/desktop. The successful candidate will need to display a high level of interpersonal skills, keen problem-solving abilities, and excellent written communication.
Essential Functions:
- Answering the telephone confidently in English
- Booking appointments via telephone and
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to ensure smoother process
- Handling and responding to customer complaints and reviews
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
- Miscellaneous tasks to support your manager
