Business Manager For Agency

I am looking for a highly motivated business manager to help me with the operations of my agency.

Background of my agency:

I run a content agency where we work with some of the biggest businesses in the entrepreneurship space. Our duties are to ideate, script, edit, and manage their social media. Because of this, there is a lot of demand on us to constantly deliver high-quality video to them within a timely manner, and this is where you come in.

What you will be doing:

You will be assisting me with a wide range of activities from managing all of my employees within my content agency to speaking with clients. Attached below is a further detail on your daily activities:

Ensuring my employees are delivering the videos to my clients on time.
Looking after and managing all my content systems to ensure that they are up-to-date for clients.
Communicating with the client and answering any questions they may have.
Helping me hire new employees.
Plus, any other administrative duties that may be required throughout the day.
Regular communication with me to keep me updated.
