Experienced Video Editor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Video Editor with experience in producing polished and engaging video content. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing weekly videos that combine talking head footage with b-roll, ensuring a clean and professional final product.

Responsibilities:
Edit one video weekly that will range from 6-12 mins in length, ensuring all edits are completed on schedule
Integrate various elements into videos including music, text overlays, transitions, and other effects.
Sync audio and video tracks and ensure the final product is free of errors.
Work closely with our content team to maintain the style and pacing consistent with our brand's guidelines.
Source and incorporate appropriate b-roll footage as needed to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
Optimize video formats for various platforms including YouTube and social media.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet weekly deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual composition.
Good communication skills and responsiveness.
Access to a high-performance computer capable of handling high-resolution video files efficiently.
Ideally, access to a library of b-roll footage or resources to obtain such content.
