Financial Analysts

Candidates will have to possess basic financial literacy, including knowledge of basic accounting principles, and how to read and interpret financial statements.

Main tasks will be:

- Maintain diary of daily meeting schedule
- Pre-Screening of company, provide description, nature of business
- Keep record of all dealflow and update deal log accordingly
- Prepare desktop Due Diligence Reports:
- Financial Screening: Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
- Team Screening
- Critical analysis of financials and business data
- Communicate financial patterns, insights and discrepancies
- —> merge with information based on meeting minutes provided

Key skills:

- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office incl. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Use tools for translating documents as we work with international companies based in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden etc were different languages are spoken
- Business proficient in English language
