Job Description:
As our Virtual Assistant (VA), you will be the cornerstone of our executive team's daily operations, especially focused on enhancing client engagement and streamlining our business processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the fast-paced worlds of HVAC and cryptocurrency consulting, providing essential support across a broad spectrum of tasks.

In this role, your primary objective will be to facilitate smooth and efficient business operations, enabling our executive team to focus on strategic decision-making and client service excellence. You will act as the first point of contact for leads, prospects, and clients, maintaining and nurturing these relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups. Your efforts in client engagement will directly contribute to our business growth and the strengthening of our market position.

Beyond client interaction, you will be entrusted with the management of our online presence, including social media and digital content creation. Your creative input will be vital in developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and fostering a strong community around our brand.

Your responsibilities will also extend to logistical and administrative support, particularly in organizing materials and coordination for trade shows and industry events. This will require meticulous planning and coordination skills to ensure that all aspects of event participation are flawlessly executed, reflecting our brand's professionalism and industry leadership.

Administrative duties will form a significant part of your role, encompassing a wide range of tasks from calendar management to preparing client documentation. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will conduct market research to keep the executive team informed of the latest trends and developments in the HVAC and cryptocurrency sectors. This information will be crucial for our strategic planning and client advisories, positioning us as thought leaders in our industry.

As the communication liaison for our executive team, you will ensure that all interactions, both internal and external, are handled with professionalism and clarity. Your role will be critical in maintaining seamless communication flows within the team and with our clients, partners, and stakeholders.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proactive mindset, capable of operating independently and taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes. Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Keep in touch with leads, contacts, and prospects through various communication channels. Follow up diligently to ensure engagement and progression through our sales funnel.

Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and post engaging content across our social media platforms. Monitor interactions and engage with our community to build our brand presence.

Content Creation: Design compelling flyers, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity. Creativity is key in showcasing our services and expertise.

Event Coordination: Take charge of organizing materials and logistics for trade shows and other industry events. Ensure that all materials are ordered and delivered timely and that our brand is represented professionally.

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to ensure the executive team can focus on strategic tasks.

Market Research: Conduct research on the latest trends in the HVAC and cryptocurrency markets. Compile reports that will contribute to our strategic planning and client advisories.

Client Documentation: Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and other critical documents.

Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with exposure to the HVAC and/or cryptocurrency sectors.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong attention to detail, as things must be executed with precision.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience in graphic design and content creation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

High level of proficiency with office management tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and virtual collaboration technologies.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Availability to work from 7-4 or 8-5 Boise, Idaho Time. You will be working directly with the owner to accommodate all the tasks he requires.
