JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, email newsletters, and advertisements.
Develop engaging social media content including reels, stories, and carousel posts.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design and social media marketing.
Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices to maximize engagement and reach.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers including copywriters, photographers, and videographers to create cohesive digital campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience as a digital designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Experience in Hospitality and Lifestyle industries.
Understanding of the Singapore market and cultural nuances.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and previous work in digital marketing.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
