As a Sales Assistant at Sigma Growth Partners, your role encompasses responding & managing conversations, booking meetings with leads from our cold email campaigns and doing LinkedIn outreach. This position offers the opportunity to work with a successful B2B business and learn a lot of new skillsets.

**Sales Assistant's Mission:**

1. Manage and reply and followup with leads from our campaigns to convert them into booked meetings.
2. Manually outreach on LinkedIn to prospects to generate booked meetings inside of our teams calendar.

- Availability to work from 9am to 5pm EST.

**Job Position’s Responsibilities:**

As a Job Position, your responsibilities include:

- Categorizing all responses from our clients cold email campaigns (Inbox Management)
- Booking qualified Sales appointments for our sales team
- Sending any responses to our sales team for assistance when we don't have the capacity to answer the email
- Leveraging the prospects response to create compelling responses to convert the lead into a sales appointment
- Following any manual processes for our subsequences if necessary or needed
- Followup with prospects who hasn’t replied to our emails
- Keep the CRM up to date and clear for our team
- Do manual outreach on LinkedIn Outreach when needed
- Being ready to handle new tasks as we go

**Additional Attributes**

- Being able to create a cold email campaign, build a contact list, and is knowledgable with Upgrade to see actual info

**Bonus Qualifications**

- Expertise in Smartlead or Airtable.
- Expertise in Close CRM.
- Experience working in an Outbound Agency.
- Wide-ranging B2B experience across multiple industries.
- Entrepreneurial experience.

**What You'll Do:**

We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:

**Daily**

- Categorize all new replies from our campaign
- Send emails to all of our cold email replies
- Forward replies for all referral emails
- Book any qualified prospects into our teams calendar
- Check Smartlead to make sure all responses for the day have been categorized
- Manual outreach to prospects on LinkedIn

**Weekly**

- Check to make sure that leads are being enrolled into the subsequence, if needed
- Make a report of all of the meetings you booked

**As needed**

- Send replies to our sales team for leads that can't be categorized or you have trouble answering
- Nurture leads that haven't converted from our subsequences

**What You Can Expect In Your First Year:**

**Within 7 Days**

- Complete your new hire onboarding.
- Understand all technology used in Sigma
- Understand Sigma Growth Partners at a deeper level

**Within 14 Days**

- Start managing all replies within Close CRM
- Book meetings inside of our teams calendar as they come

**Within 30 Days**

- Understand how to send custom replies to leads
- Start doing the manual LinkedIn outreach
- Manage the entire Inbox and CRM management process (with no hiccups)

**And beyond**

- help us make the life of our sales rep easier and build better processes (and systems) around the sales and marketing side of the business to convert more Sales appointments for our sales team.

**Our Recruitment Process:**
