We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will help streamline our executives' schedules and ensure smooth communication with clients and partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and business partners.
- Manage calendars and organize meeting logistics for executives.
- Handle incoming calls and
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation and data entry.
- Follow up on meeting outcomes and assist with task tracking and management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, appointment setter, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
