We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Manager and Social Media Assistant to help streamline our operations and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily business operations, including scheduling, client communications, and project management.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and grow our audience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, assess performance, and optimise social media content.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Onboard new members effectively, ensuring they understand and can access all the benefits and resources available to them.
Manage and moderate our Facebook groups, ensuring a supportive environment and fostering active participation among members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business management and successful social media marketing, especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage online communities, particularly Facebook groups, fostering engagement and interaction.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, etc.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
