Marketer / Growth Marketer needed for Early Stage Startups [Potential Long-Term]

I am looking for an effective growth marketer for mostly new SaaS products - someone passionate about getting results and sign ups. Testing many websites and MVPs so this has potential to be a long-term partnership. You MUST be excited about working dynamically, and possibly multiple services/products at a time.

I have a following of 200k+ on YouTube and looking to test out many SaaS product ideas. Your job is to market each website’s landing page one-by-one, and if there is traction we will then proceed to build the idea further.

Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Design and execute effective growth marketing strategies that align with a variety of startups. Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior within each niche to optimize. My youtube channel will only be one small part of the marketing efforts.
* Innovation: Stay updated with the latest marketing tools and trends, applying new ideas to enhance marketing efforts. Note on AI tools - able to to use AI to help guide but not totally reliant on the generic advice and copywriting of AI - it’s not good at all.
* Copywriting: Create compelling content for various marketing channels to engage our target audience and convey our brand’s message effectively.
* Dynamic Learning: Able to market in various different niches - mostly Saas but a couple e-commerce products. We just have a bunch of ideas right now and we will test one-by-one. Able to manage all parts of the process.
* Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet the set objectives and budget.
* Performance Metrics: Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Work closely with founder to integrate marketing strategies.

2) How would you tailor marketing strategies for niche products/markets? What niches have you worked in, in the past?
3) What tools are you able to use? Are you familiar with copyrighting, canva, and light video content creation as needed?
4) Are you available at least 10-15 hours/week at least to start? In the rare case, are you open to a hybrid system of a profit-share agreement?
