Real Estate Virtual Assistant & Customer Service

So who are we?

Rich Property Investment is:
- A rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation/Property Development Business - Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as AirBnB, Upgrade to see actual info.
- Dealing with both leisure and contractor worker guests, who would like to stay & are staying in our properties round the country
- Working to expand our business to increase the number of assets under ownership and also the number of properties sourced for other investors

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Personal Administration for the Sole Director & Shareholder of the asset holding company
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Cleaning Staff)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups, outreach to businesses)
- Email Management (Zero inbox rule)
- Guest Management (using our channel manager system)
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. - Strong team communication (via Slack/WhatsApp)
- Guest Feedback Management

The right candidate will have a background with:
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Experience as a VA is preferable
- Experience/understanding of the real estate industry (in depth training can be provided for the right candidate)

The role will consist of 40 hours per week (time to be confirmed) and our office hours are between 08:30-22:00 GMT (Weekend and holiday coverage included)
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential as full training will be given but knowledge or previous experience working with AirBnB, Upgrade to see actual info or Eviivo channel manager would be looked upon favourably.
