Etsy Store Manager

- Proficiency in optimizing product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance visibility and drive sales.

- Extensive experience in researching competitor products and sales trends to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Strong understanding of digital product creation, including the ability to design and create ebooks that align with the brand and appeal to the target audience.

- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain a positive customer experience.

- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and industry trends, continuously refining strategies to maximize store performance and profitability.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to engage with customers, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and foster long-term relationships.

- Knowledge using tools: Canva for design and digital product creation, Etsy tools for research, and printify.

- Proficient in utilizing analytical tools and platforms to track key performance metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations.

- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
