Appointment Setter for Social Media

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Appointment Setter for Social Media to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective musicians on social media platforms, build relationships, and schedule coaching calls to discuss our services and how we can support their goals.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective musicians via social media platforms such as Instagram, and Facebook.
Engage with musicians in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
Educate musicians about our coaching services and the benefits of working with our team.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our coaching program.
Schedule coaching calls with qualified leads, coordinating with our coaching team's availability.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any additional information as needed.
Keep detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for reaching prospective musicians on social media.
