JOB OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY
We aren't sending out mass emails to thousands of people. Instead, you will be researching these companies and then sending out targeted, personalized emails and videos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION
Scan relevant job boards, matchmaking websites, and venture capital funding lists for opportunities.
LEAD QUALIFICATION
Conduct detailed research and analysis on potential leads to determine compatibility with our services.
INITIAL OUTREACH
Initial Outreach: Develop and customize outreach materials including videos and messages tailored to each prospect.
PROSPECTING FOLLOWUP
Prospect Follow-Up: Engage responsive and unresponsive prospects with personalized follow-up messages based on prior interactions.
CRM MANAGEMENT
Garbage in/garbage out - Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and statuses within our CRM system.
PROPOSAL PREPARATION
Lead the creation of customized proposals that address prospect needs.
REPORTING
Compile, analyze, and present data related to the sales process to support strategic decision-making.
